Privacy Policy
Publisher: NoffTech LLC. Last updated 18 September 2026.
This policy covers Potion Panic (Potion Panic: Chaos Color Sort) on iPhone and iPad.
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Game progress on this device
Campaign progress, settings, energy, Chaos Run state, and similar play data are stored on your device so the game works offline.
iCloud Key-Value Store
When you are signed into iCloud, we may sync a small wallet snapshot (coins, gems, tickets, owned cosmetics / pass skins) through Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Store so those purchases and balances can follow you to another device on the same Apple ID. This is not CloudKit and is not a full game save in iCloud. Apple operates iCloud under Apple’s privacy policy.
Featured Mayhem
The app may fetch a public CloudKit record that picks this week’s Featured Mayhem board (level id, pin, and auto-pick). That public database is world-readable and does not include coins, gems, tickets, player IDs, or other personal data. Apple operates CloudKit under Apple’s privacy policy.
Game Center
If you sign in to Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center alias and player ID for achievements, leaderboards, challenges, and activities. Signing in is optional; levels and boosters stay available if you skip.
Purchases
StoreKit processes coin packs, gem packs, the Starter Pack, and the Chaos Pass subscription. Apple handles payment. We keep the entitlements needed to grant what you bought and to show subscription status. Manage or cancel Chaos Pass in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Analytics
We rely on Apple’s App Store analytics where available. We do not ship third-party ad or attribution SDKs in Potion Panic.
Children
Potion Panic is rated for a general audience with optional Game Center contests. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising.
